Shipping Policy

Where we ship: PICK SHOP currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Cost: Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email confirmation when your order is placed.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or busy seasons.

Tracking: When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email support@pickshop.us and we'll help.
